Responsibility
As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites while ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly handled. You will support supervisors and skilled workers by following instructions carefully and helping with daily tasks. The role also involves operating basic tools and machinery safely, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have some prior experience in construction or general labor, although this is not always required. You must be physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks in different weather conditions. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team are essential. Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and follow instructions. Having a valid driverâs license will be considered an advantage.
